About
I am originally from Bolivia (La Paz), currently living in New Orleans. I did my Ph.D. at the University of Cambridge (UK) in Political Science and hold a M.Phil in Economic Development from the University of Glasgow (UK) and a Bachelors in Economics from the Catholic University of Bolivia. Among others I worked for the Organization of American States, the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean in Washington, DC and for the United Nations' Children Fund (Unicef) in Bolivia. I work on issues of Political Economy, social and economic development, poverty alleviation and institutions.
